History

Founded in 1985, Mining Insurance Markets is a General Agency (Wholesaler) providing Independent Insurance Agents with access to specialized insurance markets for the mining industry. Both regional and national admitted carriers are utilized to custom design the best insurance program for each account. The need for our service continues to grow as standard insurance companies constantly alter their underwriting appetite.

Close monitoring of the quality of our carrier’s claims, premium audit, and inspection/loss control is an important part of our service. These policyholder services strongly impact the insured's satisfaction and ultimately the profitability of the producing agent and ourselves. Recognizing this important fact, we have carefully selected the insurance companies we represent as General Agents.
