If you need to make the same annotation many times on one page, hold down the shift key when you select the annotation. This will allow you not to have to select it again to use it again. To turn it off, hit the arrow button. Once you change pages, it goes away as well so you will have to hold the shift key down again.
Ever accidentally cleared a task that you should not have? Go to your to-do list and click on the Completed Items icon, which looks like the to-do list button with red checks on it. Enter the filter data and you should be able to find your cleared task that you accidentally cleared.
Did you accidentally delete something you should not have? Well, go to the File Menu and click on Undelete Pages. This is will show you all deleted pages for the file and you can undelete the ones you deleted accidentally.
Do you signoff with your initials and the date a lot and wish it was just a click or two instead of a lot of typing? Try this. Go to the Annotate Menu and go down to Edit Private Attributes. Click on the stamp button. Click Add. Create your stamp. If you want to see your private stamps, make sure the Globe is not pushed in on the Image View screen. Then just use the pull down by the stamp and select your stamp and then annotate your page.
Do you need to spin a group of pages all at once? Highlight the group of pages and push the following combination together – CTRL-SHIFT-S.
Do you constantly go to a certain file many times a day and hate having to search for it or go to recent files to find it? Make the file a bookmark. Got to the Bookmark menu and add as a bookmark. To retrieve the file, just go back to the Bookmark menu and you will see it in the dropdown.
Do you use a certain command in a menu a lot and wish it was on your Speedbar? Go to Options, Customize Speedbar. Look through the categories and find the buttons you wants to add and drag and drop them onto your speedbar.
