As the resident hardware expert at CGH, Mike is often asked to help when someone runs into a computer problem. He is the Systems Administrator in the home office. Mike joined the company in 2005. Prior to coming to CGH he worked for a private company as a Network Engineer where he designed and then implemented network infrastructures for clients.

We sat down with him to ask him a few questions.

Lawsuits, Tort Hellholes

Did you know, insurers face more lawsuits than any other sector?
According to a recent study by the law firm Fulbright & Jaworski’s annual litigation trends study, insurers face, on average, 1700 separate lawsuits pending in U.S. courts. That’s more than five times the average posted by the next highest sectors: energy, retail and financial services.

The American Tort Reform Foundation's annual list of "Judicial Hellholes" remains the same at six for 2006, according to a recent report from the nonprofit group.
