Theodore C. Roose. Mr. Roose is Senior Vice President, Claims at CGH Claims Service and is responsible for the claims operations of the Company. Mr. Roose has been with the Company since April 1997. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Roose spent 2 years working for Sun Employer Services as a Vice President. Prior to that, Mr. Roose worked at TPI Restaurants, Inc. as a Claims Manager. Mr. Roose is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a B.S. degree. He is a member of the Alabama Workers' Compensation Organization and Southern Association of Workers' Compensation Administrators. He has also become a Casualty Claims Law Associate and Workers' Compensation Law Associate through the American Educational Institute.

Elaine Perkins joined CGH Claims Service in February 1993 as an adjuster. She has been promoted to Senior Adjuster and then to Supervisor in 2000. Elaine has twenty-nine years experience handling claims. She has held multi-line claims positions with Amerisure Insurance Company, Rockwood Insurance Company, Gay & Taylor and All Risk. In addition to handling workers’ compensation claims, she handles all general liability and commercial auto claims in Alabama and Tennessee. She is licensed in Alabama, Mississippi and Georgia. She earned her certificate as a Certified Workers' Compensation Adjuster. She is active in several workers’ compensation claims organizations. In 2004 she was promoted to Senior Claims Supervisor, Vice President of CGH Claims Service and Vice President of American Mining Claims Service.
