CGH Claims Service Inc. was established to serve the needs of its sister company American Mining Insurance Company. After several years of successfully handling claims in the very tough mining industry, we expanded our service to meet the needs of companies in other industries.

Our claims personnel average over fifteen years experience in the management of workers’ compensation claims in a wide range of industries. In addition to the home office in Birmingham, Alabama, CGH Claims Service has branch offices in Johnstown, Pennsylvania and Lexington, Kentucky.
