Dale Thompson joined CGH Insurance Group in July 1991 as Branch Manager opening the Johnstown office. He was promoted to Senior Vice President of American Mining Insurance Company in June 2003. He has over thirty years experience in the handling of workers’ compensation, general liability, automobile and pollution claims. He is responsible for the operation of the branch including the recruiting and the training of the branch adjusters. Dale started his career in 1966 with Pennsylvania Manufacturers Association Insurance Company as an adjuster. He served with State Auto Mutual Insurance Co. and UAC Corporation also as an adjuster. After working in the mining industry for nine years, Dale joined Rockwood Insurance Company as an adjuster handling workers' compensation in multiple states. He left Rockwood to serve Gay & Taylor as Branch Manager where he remained until he joined CGH. Dale is active in several claims organizations.

Jon Flower joined CGH Insurance Group in September 1996 as Supervisor. He was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager in July 1997 and Vice President of Claims in 2004. Jon has twenty-seven years experience handling workers’ compensation claims. He started handling claims for Rockwood Insurance Company handling Federal and state black lung claims and workers’ compensation claims in multiple states. He then served with Rockwood Casualty Insurance Company as a claims examiner and supervisor overseeing adjusters and handling black lung claims. He has become a specialist in handling both state and Federal black lung claims. Jon supervises all state and Federal Black Lung Claims for American Mining Insurance Company.

Michael Stanley joined CGH Insurance Group January 2001 as a senior claims representative. He has over twenty years experience handling claims. He started with Rockwood Insurance Co. handling auto BI and PD, commercial property and casualty BI and PD and property loss claims. He continued with Rockwood as a workers compensation adjuster and supervisor, which duties included training and supervising new adjusters.

Kimberly Edsall joined CGH Insurance Group on June 1996 as a Claim Representative. She has eighteen years experience handling claims. She has earned AIC and CCLA designations. Prior to working for CGH Insurance Group, Kim was an adjuster for Anthem Casualty Insurance Company handling homeowners and auto liability claims. In February 2000, Kim was promoted to Senior Claim Representative and in 2004, was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager. At CGH, her main focus is on handling general liability, auto and pollution claims in the states of Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, Maryland and Virginia. She has also handled workers' compensation claims. Kim has served as President of Tri-County Claims Association as well as holding the position of State Representative for the PA Claims Association for five years.
